I made this a print so long ago, that it was just a gray square in my prints. the print dept could not resolve the issue, so i deleted it and resubmitted it with a new frame etc.

the first print accounts were buggy. after a while with upgrades the old images in the print account showed up as a gray square. so I had to delete it and start over.
