Done for inktober then colored in with watercolor on 1/8 sheet Arches cold press paper. My first time painting koi fish
The fish are black and white, representing opposites coming together around a Lotus flower. Lotus flowers represent rising above the world, so with this painting I hope that people with opposite views can come together and rise above the world by establishing peace and understanding.
