Cheers, I didn't bother softening the shading & highlights much, which I usually do, but I actually quite like the stark effect, much more 'Saturday Morning Cartoon' than I normally go for.

That sounds like my usual style: cel shading or bust.
I so need to work on my highlights. Hard-edged splodges of white just don't cut it. I may refer back this pic in future

Thanks, it's not a style that 2000AD usually goes with but it kinda works with the exaggerated uniforms and gear of the Judges.
