Description

The Pontiac Bonneville Special was a concept car that was introduced at the 1954 General Motors Motorama. It was a two-door sports car with a plexiglass roof and round shapes, designed by Harley J. Earl. European sports cars of the time served as inspiration, but the emerging Space Age also made an appearance here. Only two prototypes were built and at least a few design ideas were used in the production of other cars by the manufacturer.
