I'm not really a Doctor Who fan to be honest, but i thought if i was going to do a Who drawing, i would have to draw the above composition. So what the hell, i just drew it for the Eclectic Mick blog a few weeks ago ([link] ) rather than forget a neat gag.The drawing isn't all that impressive, it's the composition that makes it really. It was bothering me how completely bare the lower half of the image was, but to add detail there would defeat the whole point of the image, so i compromised by adding some greywash splatter to break it up a bit.

It amuses me - as that was how my fan-character Timelady ended up 'dying' ages ago (before New!Who in 2005), then became a Jedi.

I love doctor who and I really love this piece. So much that I drew it... twice. The first one I drew I lost so I drew another. They are not as good as this but they are decent. I really love this!!! ^_^Β

Once there was a little girl called Clarissa, she was ten-years-old and she lived in a mental
hospital, because she killed her mom and her dad. She got so bad she went to kill all the
staff in the hospital so the More-government decided that best idea was to get rid of her so
they set up a special room to kill her, as humane as possible but it went wrong the
machine they were using went wrong. And she sat there in agony for hours until she died.
Now every week on the day of her death she returns to the person that reads this letter, on
a Monday night at 12:00 a.m. She creeps into your room and kills you slowly, by cutting you
and watching you bleed to death. Now send this to ten other pictures on this one site, and
she will haunt someone else who doesn't. This isn't fake. apparently, if you copy and paste
this to ten comments in the next ten minutes you will have the best day of your life tomorrow.You
will either get kissed or asked out, if you break this chain u will see a little dead girl in you. this is not me by the way.

The idea/joke of the Doctor 'parking' the TARDIS with nothing beneath her to step on is what initially attracted me to this picture, but the awesome motion of the Doctor's pose is what made me want to favorite it. I also really like the unusual composition used here.

Who cares about the rendering? This has humour and impact (no pun intended) and it works even for people who know nothing about the show. The grey splatter adds a lot, too.
