this is Biwami's creator/mother; her lab is known for developing steroids and devices for impaired Octarians underground, though Deiji's own practices are expansive. she's a "doctor" to a handful of patients, a chemist professionally, and a psycho bitch to her coworkers. she's intelligent but old-fashioned, overly romantic, and envious. though she did not make Biwa to kill her enemies or for some other violent plan, it could easily go that route if she was tested. by Spl3, many underground labs including her own are decommissioned.

took ~5 hours to paint, felt much shorter and came together quickly
