Steps!
1- draw a circle and the bottom of face, put in guide lines
*where circle meets jaw
*one just above that one
*straight down center
*two on either side of that one
(draw them lightly)
2- using guidelines draw mouth within three verticle lines and the nose slightly above that within outer verticle lines
3- add in eyes using outer verticle guide lines, make sure they are parallel with nose wholes
4- eyebrows (line up with widthe of eyes) eyelid lines, bangs, any adjustments needed
5- Details, rest of hair, shadeing

Please add own twists to this tutorial, i think its very important to find your own unique style of drawings and faces
