Throughout my life's itinerary, I’ve been lucky enough to have had several truly excellent teachers but the one stands out is my English speaking teacher, who has a great influence on my studies.
I always bring a fear of social interactions before a crowd and not very confident in quandaries. Nonetheless, thanks to my teacher’s great helping attitude, he helped me build up my poor confidence, gradually.
By encouraging and advising on public speaking when I had to do a presentation in front of the others. Or there are breathless times when I stood frozen due to being nervous, he was the one who gave me the supports as presenting with me like a companion. I still remember vividly the moment I finished my performance good enough, my teacher gave his thumbs up and gifted the meaningful compliments immediately.
It’s the time I realized I still have someone always by my side in tough times!

Have you ever heard of Forget-me-not flower?
It is a lasting symbol of remembrance and undying love.
It is reminders of your unforgotten memories or time together with another person.
When that flower comes to mind, I think about him, suddenly.
We used to share many fond moments.

Junk food: Khuc Bach sweet gruel - [Vietnamese: Chè Khúc Bạch]
I’m a hugeeeee fan of this dessert from Vietnam Cuisine Dessert since it’s my dear hometown UwU. It’s a perfect balance of jelly (made of gelatin, fresh milk and almond oil) with cheese flavor (or green tea, coffee, coconut, mulberry,...), almond, chia seeds and can be served with some tropical fruits as longan (or lychee, apple, jackfruit, peach,...).
I guess that fluffy and soft dessert brings street food lovers a breeze of summer due to its savory taste and the fresh from fruits.

Drink: Pu-erh milktea adding Rose petals - [Trà sữa hoa hồng]
It has a light floral taste, personally, I did not try any food/drink related to roses because they are not common. The beverage owns an elegant and sweet punch pink color that emblazons with flowery meadows, so idyllic and picturesque!
Pu-erh tea made from the leaves of a tree from Chinese which known as the “wild old tree” that emit the aroma of autumn leaves. What a coincidence when I’m listening to “Autumn Waltz” and writing those words. >w<~
Should I prepare to welcome the coming autumn? Weeeee~
