I don't do petrification much, but if you've got a supervillain who is a gorgon and whose superhero name is the name of a famous one, then obviously there is no question about what her superpower is.

It's worth noting that like most of the transformational superpowers in Century, the effects here don't last, especially once Lois/Euryale stops concentrating on her victim. In the story, as soon as Lois is distracted (by Jex punching her in the face!) this woman recovers and is seen running out of the scene as fast as she can.

The stone surface is one of several in a kit specifically designed to make statues out of human figures.

For the victim's hair I had to expand the scalp cap so it would look right in normal mode. This meant that when she was turned to stone, there is a line across her forehead at the edge of the cap. This is much less noticeable at the size I used this image in the story, but it's quite obvious here.
