OH!!! So beautiful! Yep, I really wished that Kenshin made a proposal, though I kind of think it is an indirect one already. I mean, he gave her the leaf, told her that he just wanted a quiet life then smiled at her, it was as if he wanted/suggested to have his quiet life with her. That is kinda romantic already for me, though lacking haha. Have you already done an artwork with Kenshin and Kaoru second hug which is sadly one of the deleted scenes(TOT huhu)? It was really beautiful, I hope it was really not deleted at all!

that's what I interpreted from the chinese subtitle. actually kenshin just asked if kaoru was willing to take care [of something] with him, without an object in the sentence...lol I don't know if there's a problem in the translation or that's a common structure in a japanese sentence. anyways, he did engaged wwΒ
