when i was a child i used to play a game where i would try and collect as many acorns as my pockets could holdΒ 

done with: paint tool sai + photoshop for color adjustments & textures

I always collected little stones and threw them into the sewers through some manhole covers(hope thatΒ΄s the right word, my english doesnΒ΄t go far enough to describe sanitary concepts ^^).
I think I kinda liked the sound of them hitting the water .

A nice little story indeed though, and what a cute illustration :3(I want that sandvich ).

Nice work MaΒ΄am, and may all the acorns be land in an endless pocket !

I used to do the same thing! But I stopped after I one time I fell. I was really young, and I would collect acorns for the squirrels(Leaving them in big piles on logs and the like) and one day I was running around the graveyard that is next to my house, with my hands in my pockets, my mother warned me to take my binky(pacifier) out of my mouth, just in case I fell(she also warned me to take my hands out of my pockets) Well I fell and it was horrible. wont go into details but I needed to go to the hospital XP

Amazing art though, can't wait to see more, you are a really great artist
