Quick little warmup drawing+style experiment+character concept for Fool's Mountain

anyway this is Ester, she plays an important role in the series I JUST HAVEN'T FIGURED OUT WHAT YET. She's got empathy powers which are kind of useless in battle but good for tracking things (sense emotions of all things in the vicinity, can posit who/what the thing is from the emotions they're feeling) and also therapy but cats don't really need therapy
also most of the pallas cats in Fool's Mountain have bright eye colors, but Ester doesn't. Instead, when she's using her powers, her eyes+symbol glow the eye/power color of whoever she's empathying (whats the verb theres no verb for this)
