I should probably be work on Two-Faced, or on an animation, but instead I am still drawing these Keiko and Invert character portraits.
It's Luna! I've posted stuff about her before, maybe you know her. Her power is that she can solidify her blood into knifey things. While it's outside her body, I mean. She could probably do it to blood still inside her body, but that wouldn't be very helpful. She's also very manipulative, and physically strong. She's the co-leader of the agency, with Jameson being the other leader.

Also she's kinda-sorta dating Guy, for Reasons I Have Not Thought Of Yet. They are like, each other's spies and not really dating, but also it's not entirely platonic. Guy is like 100% sure he's got the upper hand there but Luna is totally in control. Guy, you can't even turn your blood into knives. How do you expect to better than Luna at manipulating when you can't even turn your blood into knives.

(fun fact blood-into-knives was Keiko's power for a while but then it was quills. And then blood-into-knives was Jamesons power, but then it was shapeshifting. And since I still really liked that power, Luna got it. Her power before that was fire.)
