Hmm as for your question... My character Vishen will always be an important part of me and certainly he is a muse, but I don't know if I do anything with him enough anymore to properly say that he is. I haven't actually felt a desire to do much with my own characters in ages...it's kind of sad actually.

My recent muse is my OC Eahyara, a Sylvari Necromancer. They're so different from my other characters personality-wise, and their backstory and current story is going interesting directions semi-accidentally.
Also I've been struggling to draw their reference sheet for months now.
