Description So this is based on a song title, White Elephant Coat. The song is by School of Seven Bells, but honestly, I don't really like the song. The title itself was enough inspiration.

As far as what's going on in this drawing, I couldn't tell you because I really don't know. It's meant to be "trippy" in a way because their music is always trippy. I didn't intend to switch coloring styles but it was more like "ooh, I dunno what I'm doing but I like it." Towards the end, it got to "I dunno wtf I'm gonna do with that space." So the background is kinda lame. Otherwise, I'm pretty pleased with it.

Tools used: Easy Paint Tool SAI and a tablet.
SAI is so friggin' awesome. I love it more than Photoshop.

I really like the idea of an elephant coat (although I'm sure PETA would have something to say about that) and you did an awesome job of portraying it. Love the colors and the kinda trippy/psychadelic/70's background.

Oh em gee Dee, I've gone from 400 something to 24.

I like everything on the woman and the coat, and the sort of 60s/70s thing you have going on with the patterns.

I love the sunset too, reminds me of some movie about Africa or something.

I kinda wish you did a little more with the leaves though.

But one of your best, keep it up.

The sunset was definitely meant to portray Africa. I even looked up a picture of an African sunset. I wanted to do a little more with the leaves..but I was losing patience and ideas for the background. So it's kinda half-assed, lol.
