Description
In my drawing, I find myself in the present, standing before a mirror. As I gaze into the reflective surface, I see a figure from the past, the version of me from 2014. This older self was once considered to be "evil," and I spent years repressing and denying that part of myself.
However, as I look at the shadowy figure in the mirror, something has changed within me. I have learned to accept and embrace all aspects of my nature, including the darker parts that I once feared. I now understand that these shadows are a part of me, and denying them only led to inner conflict.
In this poignant moment, I feel a mix of emotions welling up inside me. There's a sense of relief and liberation in accepting my whole self. It's like I've lifted a heavy burden off my shoulders. At the same time, there's a tinge of sadness and regret for all the time I spent suppressing a fundamental part of who I am.
