I'll have my revenge... PoI think this scene would fit after the end of the movie.
After Tai Lung had been defeated by Po, then he's escaped from the village (Because Po couldn't finished him off), longing and waiting for his revenge.

For some reason I don't see Tai Lung as a 100% baddie, since the events of the movie can hurt deeply any feline ego. Not being the chosen one, while you were though you was since childhood and being beaten by a n00b like Po.
I would like see this of this dude in further parts of the story.
