If you can go and try to get yourself a copy of the Munitorum Manual for Games Workshop or Black Library. The will have all the descriptions and what qualifies one to be awarded each medal.

Well I try to post each medal tomorrow with description so every Imperial Guard Cosplayers will know which medals they want.
