Honestly, I just start painting what I see in my imagination and I put it to canvas. I don't really have a specific way of doing any of my artwork. I simply build it from scratch. Sorry I can't be of more help but I've only been doing art for a year and 10 months now.Β

how do you paint the stars?
and how did you work on that diffuse area?

I flick white paint in various areas to show depth of the universe, denser areas for belts or groups of stars. I flick the paint in rounded motions to show a 3D aspect to arms of stars that will help show motion. I then diffuse the paint with water to show cloudiness depth to colored nebulas.....

somehow the difusion you made in some places look a bit like using a sponge, or so?

Honestly I wish I could tell you. But I'm no teacher. I simply put what's in my head onto canvas and often times find myself shocked at the results. I apologize I cannot be of further assistance.Β

*-* And suddenly the MassEffect-Galaxy theme runs through my head...
IΒ΄m deeply impressed of the little purple nebula in the left corner! Its not the main-motive, I know, but its so wonderfully textured...I leaves me breathless...
