I just wrote this big long decription for this drawing, but then it wouldn't upload so I had to start over agian. Augh. Ok, so this is Millie Hex. She's a witch character I created for Monster High. She doesn't do magic very well, and she likes art (so creative, I know). She has a pet newt named Nicholas. That's a super brief summary of her, lol.Also, the page says she has a crooked nose, but I don't think that's the right word. It has a sort of bump in it instead of being straight. Does that make sense? What do you call that anyway?
Edit: Oh wait, It doesn't say she has a crooked nose. I thought I wrote that on there. Well anyway it's not crooked.
Edit: I got a great suggestion to change her name to Wanda, which I find suits her much more. So she is now Wanda Hex!

If you're having trouble with Millie, even though it's a gorgeous name, maybe something like "wanda?"

I'm glad you put it up here though, She's too cute a character to hide, and I love Nicholas.
It's kinda finally clicked for me just how much work I have to do. I spent a lot of last night just drawing and doodling, and that's my plan for today.
Oddly enough, with the coming due date, I'm getting more confident in my skills....though it's hard not to be anxious, I'm trying to keep that one at bay. It wont help anything.
On a final note, I love Millie's (omg why are you so good with picking names? D: ) Beach and Dance outfits. The glasses and the stars on her dress are a nice touch. I just love the characters you create. Maybe you should think about going into character design yourself. You have such awesome ideas.

It's ok, I decided I wanted to put a little description with it anyway so it's probably better I put it on here. Also, I could keep track of it lol, as I don't know how to use photobucket. But you like the name Millie? I was really unsure of it cause I don't think it screams "witch" and I couldn't think of anything else that did. I don't think I'm really that good at character design too, I barely ever do it and it's hard for me to come up with designs without having a style they should be in, like Monster High. Thanks though!

I like Millie, it's cute, and besides there really aren't very witchy names out there. Unless you wanted to call her...Spell, or Cackle or something, and those are just stupid.
And I think your character designs are awesome. All the one's I've seen from you anyway. I think if you made your own theme and then made characters and worlds for that theme, it would be epic.
