This piece in particular I think really comes together with the color correction and the (I think it's a) sharpening filter
If you don't mind a question, the only thing I can't understand how you do is that effect with the sharp lines... i don't really know how to describe it... i2.wp.com/www.roman-noir.com/w… like the ones near her belly button, the wound, the thing on the eye and the arm. Just a lasso and paint on top? Or is it something fancier?

There is some of my techniques that I keep secret.
That's the artist path to create and develop some techniques that become part of their unique and specific process. I built those by experimenting on my own, and I think every artist should do the same. This is the way to develop your own identity. That works in art, and in life in general!
