Wow, this is absolutely gorgeous, wonderful concept! It reminds me of Zelda in a way since in that game you can catch a fairy in a bottle...
I have often tried to put items inside glass objects but I have a difficult time getting the lighting right. You have done the most superb job of that out of everything I have seen so far.. you definitely get a

Huh, that's a pretty interesting idea. Capturing faeries in a bottle is a common motif in many different folklores, but I don't often see it depicted while browsing deviantArt.
