Description
This is a concept of what the monitor from installation 03 might look like (Though in this condition he is a bit beat up. There is a story behind that). This render took some messing around on Photoshop, and so ended up with about ten layers, even though I only needed three. XD

This monitor also follows the naming tradition between all of the oracles. Forty-nine is seven to the power of (Installation) three minus one, or seven squared, and liable catalyst can roughly be defined as one responsible for initiating an event. The names Penitent Tangent, Guilty Spark, and Contrite Stimulus also have similar definitions.
