If you want to create eyelid or jaw expressions, I think you can do that much more quickly by positioning the 3d cursor at the center of rotation, choosing the 3d cursor as the pivot point, selecting a row of vertices and rotating the selected vertices (with proportional editing enabled).

Thank you!!: D I know there are people that still make facials vertex by vertex x.x oh god, if I had to do that, none of my models would have facials. At first I had some issues with blender, but once you get the hang of it, it's actually kinda fun c:
I have blender plugins up for download actually. I posted it a while ago. I use 2.70 because anything older doesn't have symmetry option I don't think and the pplugins work find for me. If you cann't get them to work however, I think I have a link where you can download blender with the plugins already installed.

I only started earlier this year. There's a lot of old users, and some childish ones make fun of noobs and shit for whatever reasons. But before, I'm guessing blender wasn't an easier option. I haven't had any previous experience with 3d models, programs etc either so you can imagine lol.
hope it goes well with the head!~ You're welcom ^^

thank you so much for this!
how do you export it to pmd editor with all the facials intact?

You're welcome!~ Β
Well I export to pmxe, because I don't use nor can I export pmd files. But, usually I don't have any problems with facials. Someitmes if all the sliders that display them aren't at 0 it will cause a slight problem, but that's it.
Also I don't know much about crating bone facials in blender.

I export to pmx. obj for some reason doesn't ever seem to import properly, and .x files either. I have a plugin that works well for me.~ It's available for download in my gallery somewhere

Yeah, I know there's very few tutorials on that >_< and most are for more experienced users who are very familiar with the program, I get lost even most of the time, but just seeing how they use different techniques help a bit lol. But if you want I can show you how I make things C:
