Haha, Auger's bad temper was hilarious.
That show was done only to sell toys, but it was dark and gothic: deaths, dismemberment, violence... they don't make shows like that anymore.

The good guys in this show had some cool robotic exo-suits.

They did, it was a pretty cool show(albeit lame in spots, like every other 80s shows). Though Auger's was the coolest in my opinion. He also had the best toy counterpart.

I agree. I only remember seeing one or two episodes of this show when it first aired on television years ago. But I remembered it well enough to know it existed. I recently re-watched all 13 episodes of it on YouTube. And I must say it was quite refreshing. True; a lot of 80s cartoons had their weaknesses as well as their strengths. As do all shows anyway. But anyway, about the show itself. Now that I remember it entirely, it was pretty dark compared to what most people may remember. And surprisingly, Inhumanoids was made by the same company that gave us GI Joe and Transformers. Though it wasn't as popular from what I understand. Some people say it was cancelled because it was considered too grotesque or something. But I have to say, it's quite a memorable show.

I too think it was more unique than most shows from that era.
I also think the show didn't last long because of its grotesque-ness, but I think the toys weren't successful because they were actually pretty expensive for the time. I have Tendril, and I guess he sold for $35 when he came out, which was at the time, very pricey for an action figure.

The monster who I remember the most from Inhumanoids is the zombie dinosaur Decompose. He used to give me nightmares when I was a kid. Surprisingly, he was voiced by Chris Latta, the same person who did the voices of Starscream from Transformers and Cobra Commander from GI Joe.

I never understood why he threw his shoe at the TV when he could throw a drill instead. XD

Cuz he was almost a complete douche bag. He just LOVED to destroy TV sets all the time because he couldn't control his outbursts.
