Final piece for one of my illustration classes. Had to do a smaller scale editorial piece centering on the relationship between life and death.Ink & Doc Martin watercolors.

I tattooed this piece on a client for a prize for a free tattoo and have now been informed this is your artwork. I apologise & hope you don't mind me using it.

What's done is done I suppose. I mean, if you have the guy's contact info, that'd be nice. If anything else, I would like to see photos.
Some illustrators would get more angered, but I find Tattoos to be a gray area, I've had people just ask me for permission to use my art in the past with no problem.

I appreciate that and wouid certainly be happy to provide you with photographs of the work I did. It was a free tattoo as I made no money off it as it was a win a free tattoo competition I was running.

I love how smooth the lines look even though the texture of the paper looks so rough. It has an elegant fluidity while at the same time having those wonderful shorter sketchy lines. If I attempted this I would have over worked it or severely under did it. You hit the nail on the head, good job!

This is such a great portrayal of life and death! Just, wow! Reminds me of a book I read called "Ketura(h) and Lord Death" about a girl and her relationship with the Lord of Death. It was the first thing that came to mind when I saw this. Fantastic job!

DC did a Batman series of the same title. This should be the cover for the trade.
