its an idea for a text illustration for a friend..he has written a song text and i tryed to draw sth related to it

the smell of blood in salty air
a thousand men for the golden chair

the young die fast 'cause the old don't care
i drifted off, to the isle of nowhere

and now they're just floating
so peacefully the colours side by side
in silence the sun's awoken
but the thunder has left me blind

with nothing left i stand by the shore
seen so much, shall see no more
the sea turned red from flesh and gore
i take a breath and follow them, home

i think hes freakin awesome in writing !
