Its ok I dind't know that either couple of days ago
HDR is a High dynamic range imaging [link]
To create one HDr image you use two or more pictures, each with different exposure settings

The acutal tone mapping (merging pictures to create on HDR) I've made using PhotomatixPro . There is also another one that is very good and its called Artizen HDR
In Photoshop I've only made changes to the saturation etc.
