I just finished re-reading all of Harry Potter for the first time since book 7 came out. Here, Harry, Ron, and Hermione rescue Malfoy and Goyle in the Room of Requirement. Reading through the whole series, knowing the ending, just helped reinforce what a great writer JKR is... of course she has weak spots, but she created her world with such care and detail it's impossible not to appreciate the characters, their struggles, and the commentary they provide.It's been good to have time to spend on a picture during the holidays... it was fun to work on.

Anyway, this is brilliant. Goyle looks a bit on the small-ish side, but that's okay. I just pictured him thug-sized!

This is honestly every kind of fantastic. I love how you captured the characters and the raw terror and emotion from all of them. Your fire effect is breathtaking and gorgeous. It feels so real I could reach and touch it expecting it to burn. Great job

Harry looks very annoyed in this picture. I can just picture him thinking "I can't believe I'm doing this." Probably because Malfoy is screaming in his ear like a little girl.

it's one of the only moments Draco's hair wasn't perfectly groomed.
