Beautiful Dragon, I hardly notice any differentiation of shading it is so well done and flowing naturally!

Only complaint I'd have is that the tail for the character seems to be 'one with the background' in that I can see the mountain shadings through it. Again, that can be intentional and I'm trying to pick SOMETHING bad out of this picture for you to be aware about and hopefully improve on.
