I like that this started with a real (non-computer) drawing. Using photoshop properly with a piece of existing hand-painted artwork is rare to see these days and you did it well.

The image is beautiful, and yet, even though the horse looks so threatening and evil, it doesn't take away from it, and the crows bring it all together. Amazing!

Your humans and their costumes are truely truely splendid but I recommend you have a look at some horse photos and use them for reference. The muzzle and teeth of the horse is a bit blocky and unnatural.
