Roan hated explosions.

Every time he tried to recall that moment in his old home, it always came to him in a blur - a sharp, red hot, terrifying jumble of images with strained screams and the ringing echo of the impact as scorching flames licked at his face. In one night, everything, everyone he'd ever loved, worked for, cared for, lived for was swept right out from under his feet, leaving him disfigured and scarred with nothing but relentless regret and a shattered heart to remember them by.

But in that moment, as he faced down the one man who'd admitted to causing it all - he did not hesitate. And the explosion that erupted from his form was nothing if not a blessing from Jirachi themselves.

He'd wished to be stronger, to be able to face his fears without hesitation, and Jirachi provided. With the power given to him by the Wish Pokemon as well as the renowned Cresselia herself, Roan had managed to pick up the pieces of his broken life and form himself into something more powerful than ever.

The fire spreading across the ground of this dream was not under the influence of his enemy, nor his fear. It was under his control, as were the spewing flames that shot from his back. In an instant, he'd crossed over to the Yveltal, clawed hand wrapped around his narrow throat in a painfully tight grip, and he bared his newly formed fangs, his eyes glowing menacingly as he glared into the blank, angered face of the Demon in his grasp.

"It's my turn, you freak," he hissed.

i hate how this turned out because i SUPER RUSHED the shading and the lineart coloring, but i'll totally go back and fix it up sometime. i wanted to crank it out quickly before i go back to commissions bc guess what-- Roan evolved ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

he was granted a wish from Jirachi due to the previous event, and he wished to be stronger in order to face the Demons - and Ato - more confidently. then, in the heat of the moment during one of his battles with Ato, well - Typhroanson,

I MAINLY JUST WANTED TO RUSH THIS SO I CAN ANNOUNCE THAT, HAHA- i'm gonna probably make a comic or something to go along with it, but that'll have to wait after i get other things done first
