A pic of the interpetation of The Joker in the 2008 film The Dark Knight (coooolio film btw!
)This Joker was so good that Heath Ledger got a posthomous Oscar for it (RIP Heathcliff!)
And i really felt like doing someone from a comic book so yeh
might do Batman later..Erm about the picture.. its done completely in pen ink, which leads to my next point..A big mistake!!!
I kinda messed the nose up, so its longer and to the left instead to the centre >_< and With pen you cant fix these besides starting again, which i couldnt be bothered to do!
Besides that its okay... Just means i still have a way to go before i reach TOTAL AWESOME-ness but I hope you think i'm getting there

I gotta respect the style. I really like it when people use a pen for something other than crosshatching. The nose is off, but other than that pretty good.

i agree with aesyria. the facial features are a bit twisted. plotting it out before hand would help a lot, especially with pen, since you can't change or fix things.

its kindof all off axis...eyes, nose, neck....*wince* plus the nose is too long
if you think of the head as a sphere and divide it into quadrants, its easy to do 3/4 view as long as you curve the axis properly around the globe of the head. Even if you're using pen and you don't want to draw your guides, you can still make small marks to help you keep in place. If this had been done before hand, it would have turned out better. Nice pen marks though. I think it's just the drafting that gave you trouble on this one

lol thats probs true. Hmm i guess i could try that, never done/needed to use it before, but i suppose for pictures like this one it would help
