This shouldn't be so hard to figure out, but since I have to DVD wait things I want to make sure I get it right.
Season 1: Sookie's in love with Bill, but Eric is really attracted to her.
Season 2: Eric starts catching Sookie's eye, which makes Bill really jealous.
Season 3: Bill does something to Eric (it looks like tries to incinerate him with sunlight?) which makes Sookie stop trusting him and he feels bad about it.
Season 4: Bill becomes the vampire king of the area and agrees to let Sookie go so she and Eric can be happy together.
That about right?
