This painting could so easily be part of a series of 1930 posters advertising rail travel to coastal holiday resorts in the UK ........ It really is so lovely ....... striking, vibrant colours ......

Some of the best beaches we have been to are in Mexico ......... and we liked South Beach, Miami! Cool!

oops.. sorry thought you were on a jetskii... lol... and well i love boating too.. we've been to Mexico and Miami also and lots of beaches in our travels .. but Virginia Beach had the nicest, finest sand and plenty of it that i've seen so far anywhere.. Maybe i'm predjudice .. living here

This is fabulous work! I love these rich colors, they bring life to the thoughts and feelings you have portrayed here. What I see is Mia standing there lost in her thoughts as she gazes to the far horizon. Not easy to let go of the peacefullness this vastness brings to her, but alas reality calls her back.. LOL! just a short stab at my pathetic attempts at poetry
I agree with you,the ocean is a wonderful and peaceful place to be.. I wish I lived closer to the Ocean... I would probably never want to leave it....
