school-aged n. gin and n. brio with miss hackenslash, my fancharacter and the lunch lady at the academy of evil.

gin and brio got picked on a lot for being too soft for a couple of young villains-in-training. similarly, miss hackenslash wasn't very well-liked by students or fellow faculty alike for being an obnoxiously sweet pushover... and for being a big rotten-smelling freak. but she was very nice to gin and brio and told them they were good boys and that was a good thing, and they were very sweet to her too! she was almost sort of a mother figure to them during their time at the academy. she loved them a lot and kinda wished they were her kids. sometimes gin and brio think about how miss hackenslash always told them they were gonna be heroes some day back when they were kids and feel terrible for letting her down. but she knows exactly what it's like to wind up stuck in villainy even when your heart's not in it. she'd understand. i don't know if they're still in touch or not, but i'd like to think the two scientists would speak to her again some day and she'd still be proud of them anyway.
