Of course not. It was not meant to take the whole Pokemon lore seriously, and gave it it's own spin. Besides, she isn't really a Pokemon. She looks like one, but she's pretending to look the part.

Well, she's technically a anubian that looks like a lucario in modern standards. Just add the lucario accessory and what not and you got your self a long ears lucario that lacks the tail.
