To make most digital drawings, you would use a drawing tablet and a digital drawing program. Personally, I use Paint Tool SAI and a Wacom Create Bamboo tablet!

Well there are a lot of knock off versions that you can install (kind of at your own risk) but you should really buy it from the original manufacturers and support them
