I like the blur effect on Smolder in the foreground, it makes you focus on Thorn, which is a good thing to focus on because she is beautiful! The only real problem I have with it is that you can see the banner behind his transparent snout. The perspective on Smolder is not warped like this angle often is, which is hard to accomplish, so kudos for that!
I honestly love the linework on Thorn, and especially how her head transitions into her snout. I mainly like this cartoonish style, but Thorn's ear and spike thing next to it (I don't know what it's called) look kind of awkward. And the curved line above Thorn's eye is a little distracting for me. Other than that, the style is pleasing and simple to look at, in a good way. The way her neck curves is graceful and pleasant.
One more minor nitpick is the wings. The way the legs transition into the wings looks a bit choppy, and Thorn's wing "arm" looks a bit thick. Also, the leg "behind" Thorn is sticking out a bit more forward than it should, in my opinion.
However, I must give credit for the legs themselves, as the scales on them look great, which is very difficult to get right. The scales in general are fantastic! They are well-coordinated and do not look awkward at all.
Thorn's freckles look very nice, their placement is clever in that it doesn't distract from the lineart, but they are noticeable. The moonlight effect is a very, very beneficial subtle effect, giving atmosphere to the picture while also being hardly noticeable.
The colors are very pleasant to look at and blend nicely.
The direct front view of the Eye of Onyx looks slightly awkward as it does not match the perspective of the wearer, but does not take away too much from the picture.
Also, the detail in the world outside the windows is just amazing!
Overall, I think that while this could be improved a bit, it is a very charming picture with a nice, warm atmosphere.
