Can you tell me how to make glossy surface or skin using this app?

I'm not sure what's glossy in the meaning of you.
All I have to do is make another layer and try to adjust layer option for more effect

Sometimes paint a white effect on the layer then adjust it to be a color dodge layer.It will make different..

I hope I can explain it right....my english is not good..hehe
