There are few volucridae who take up arms to fight and protect, but the ones who do are a force to be reckoned with. Warrior volucridae are strong and fast and don intricate armour and crest decorations as a sign of their chosen path in life.

Volucridae clothing is sparse, consisting mainly of a simple dress. They much prefer to decorate themselves, as they have a rather strong affinity towards jewelry, and oftentimes status and profession is shown by different styles of crest ornamentation.
