I love these things, But sadly they are classed as a weed.
I really think this the background to be well out of focus and the dandelion to be very sharp for this to work, because at the moment, even though the background is blurred it still is distracting.
I think this would of looked better if you had chosen a angle where you can't see that thing in the background, and was a worms eye view (from below, the oppsite of a eagle eyes view) because it would show some of the sky, and had some other colour then green in it.

I'm glad that you used a dandelion with with some of its seeds blown away. There's always a perception of beauty in imperfection. Not that the photo isn't gorgeous.

I love making wishes on those!!! But It usually takes me more than one breath to blow all the little thingys off lol

This is really a wonderful image. I like the angle of the shot. I like the sharpness of the image. I like the depth of field that is in the background. I like almost every aspect of this except the visible building in the top right hand corner. The drastic change of color and a solid line that cuts across draws too much attention away from the wonder shot of this annoying yet beautiful weed

Very nice exposure you have here. It is very good use of depth of field. The only thing that I am not 100% loving is the composition. Its a little to centered and ordinary. It is nothing you can fix now, but as a future things try to take images from a couple different angles to see if you can find something.

Yeah, I think it actually got a little more centred after I cropped it, and flipped it (It was originally horizontal). The shots from different angles of this series (it was mainly a test shoot, not planned) didn't turn out too well in terms of DOF and etc. I'll definitely try that, about different angles next time I go take some photos. Thanks!
