Watched Disneys 'Atlantis the lost empire' for the first time in about 8 years today.
Really enjoyed it and loved the art style, love the soundtrack (totally bitchin' jeezus) loved the characters. Loved Milo's character
Don't think he gets enough love 
And if you haven't seen the film - the lots and lots of sparklyness here are the fire-flies from the movie
not just excess glitter ;D- Used references from concept art of the film on google and stills from the film as I watched it

i think he got really bad press because critics at the time tolled on it for being different from others disney film at the time

I just rewatched this film for like the tjird time in about three weeks. It honestly never gets old, no matter how many times i watch it.

YES! I recently watched it again, too. I forgotten how much I loved it (even though it didn't get the love & praise it should have). Maybe it struck a chord with me because I am so much like Milo - a student of history, I love a good adventure story, yet I find myself drawn to the pseudo-science of swill like "Ancient Aliens"
The voice actors were superb!

I love that movie, I just watched it Thursday for the first time in 13 years! Its just the best, when I was younger, I had a huge crush in Milo, and Kida should be counted as a Disney Princess

Mole! I love that movie too! Its totally Mole, cuz Dr. Joshua Sweet got onto Mole for being mean to Milo for ruining Mole's dirt piles.

My favorite Disney movie. Ever.
Just about every little aspect about it sings to me. The art style and visuals, how all of the supporting cast (except Mrs. Packard and the villains) actually each have their own little stories, the time period, the soundtrack, the concept. Everything is just awesome.
Oh yeah, and did I mention it's sequel was, unlike most Disney sequels with the exception of Simba's Pride, actually watchable and, believe it or not, enjoyable? Yeah, that's quite the accomplishment right there.

You wanna know something shameful? I never watched this back in the day, and I JUST now finally saw it. D': It was like one of the only Disney films I hadn't seen. But oh my gosh was I ever missing out. And this, as well, is beautiful! ^_^

This film is seriously overlooked. I think it's because it isn't a human to human/prince to princess love story. It involves a princess, but as a second half of the story sort of deal. It's more of a human to city relationship. He loves the place, not the girl so much. This is one of my favorite movies by disney, and I wish people loved it more.
