Description XD

Playing through the homestead missions is so much fun! I'm very near the end of the game, and trying to fit in all the missions before it's over. Yes, I know I can go back and do them anytime, but since I don't know how it ends, yet, I don't want to leave it all until the game is over. I literally might never want to look at this game ever again-- I'm harboring suspicions that the end will not bode well for a few characters I like very much...

Bottom sketch is me. All of these things and more are things I have said out loud, sometimes in a raging scream, during this awesome, awesome game. =3

Yep. That's what i liked in AC3 , those side missions show another side to the storyline, not just the Revolutionary War.

And another reason to like AC3 . Don't see why people say it sucks.

Because they wanted more Ezio and couldn't handle a main character who was more pensive?

Why more Ezio? I mean his story concluded in the Embers short film and actually Connor didn't seem all pensive.

Truthfully, I love Connor, especially his sequences with Haytham. But what I gleaned from comments online is that he was received as having no personality. Ridiculous, of course, but that seemed to be the main shortcoming with him... also, I feel like a lot of people just didn't like the time period/setting. Personally I loved it because it reminded me of my own mountain-y rainy home dwelling, but, well, there's no accounting for taste.

Well, these ARE homestead sketches, and Stephane doesn't come to the homestead. But now that you mention it, I want to draw him!

Is this for the mission where you have to defend Ellen's house?

I seriously hated that mission... it took a while for me to figure out how to kill Jagers, so when like four of them rushed me and I couldn't just book it out of there, well... suffice to say it took me a few tries. = D

Awwh D: Sameage, but i set down a bunch of tripwire mines and shoved some barrels between them and used a bunch of smoke bombs and that did the trick

Whenever I did that, Norris "Let's do exactly what Connor isn't expecting me to" ran them over and died. ... :/ It seemed to take a lot longer to set the traps farther out...

When you linger too close to guards (especially during the sequence Connor spends in prison) they just randomly shove you. It gets pretty annoying, since Connor all but falls down every time it happens. No reason, they're just like "shove!".

That's just plain rude.

I'm not sure, but I know I end up killing whole patrols of Redcoats when the Captain shoves me in the game. I think that may be what it means.
