It's been a while, hasn't it....oh well... Not it the mood to explain my abcense
Ok...about the pic. I recently got into an RP with some friends of mine and it's Redwall based. I drew the characters up on paper and put em together on Photoshop. From left to right:
1. The flying squirrel which currently has no name (Azrael Reaper)
2. Baflear Drakengard the badger (Stride aka Hazard)
3. Astral Starstrike the squirrel //I can't remember which specific species// (me)
4. Sargeant Lightfoot the hare (Lone Shadow)
All characters are (c) to their respective players

Very nice there! If the squirrel still needs a name, one came to me as I ead the description and lookked at the pic. It's a bit unimaginative though, Flyte.

These are really good! The badger reminds me of Boar the Fighter, the squirrel reminds me of Triss, and the hare looks like one of the characters in my story. Cool [=

Lol, thanks. In all honesty, the RP only lasted a few days because then it became really hard to get all my friends on at the same time. (mostly a time zone issue, lol) But I do miss it. Maybe I should make a forum or somethin.

I have a friend that likes to RP, and she'd probably be interested in something like this. Personaly I am, but I never have rp'ed. However, I am in the middle of a fan project creating my very own Redwall RPG on paper. Anything that has to do with Role-Playing or RPG's seem to tickle my fancy.
I like yall's characters.

Very nice. I hadn't thought about how difficult it was to capture different animals and give them distinct personalities until I tried to draw Lonna Bowstripe for my son. Man, it's hard. This is very well done...

Erm, well, the only real rules are:
1. not to god mod (which is to gve your character god-like powers and abilities)
2. Do not control another person's character
3. Help out the plot development and help take responsibility for the background characters and events (don't just leave it to one person, unless they request it)
4. One that's more of an opinion than a good rule, but try not to seperate your character from others very often. It's pretty hard to follow 2 things going on in 2 differnt places
Hmm. That's pretty much about it. Everything else was just playing by ear, lol. OH! And the format depends on them. The format my friends and I used were:
-we all took turns with posts (and passed the torch when requested)
-we used certain things for ooc (out of character talk), actions, whispers, and other things.
OOC example. (we usually use these for ooc)
Some use other things, but I thinl () and [] work better
Action example *hugs*
I did an RP with someone once that used ::action:: but those were harder to follow
Also, it depends on how they do it. some people do a story mode kind of thing where actions and info are typed normally and said statements are typed "in quotes". It all depends on what works.
