Eine Klein Nachtmusik is composed by Mozart. Its a piece I've been practicing / self learning for awhile LOLI dont really know how to play the piano LOL... i can read notes (though really slow) but thats about it LOL .. I can play it... but yeah not very well LOL (and its the tamed version LOL )
Its really nice, I really love this piece (the music)
So this Pic is sorta inspired by it. I was looking through youtube to listen to Eine Klein (to get the feel of it) and I saw this video of Violinists playing Eine Kleine...
It really sounds great :3

anyway - the violin is really pretty! Just a bit of critique ...the way she is holding it..hands and the direction it is in.. is a bit off but for the most part it's accurate! (which is rare when people try to draw people with instruments!)
The colors are gorgeous and very well done! Your shading is really awesome - your style ...this paintery one...is just really beautifuL! I enjoy it a lot!

The hands are semi-right? 8D A lot of violin playing pictures I see have baaaad hands. >.< And I've recently started playing piano again too! 8D My main issue is with flexible wrists. :< It's hard! D:<

Stacattos are the hardest for me. oAo" My hands go all stiff and it's hard to get the nice bouncy sound. :<

The fast ones im having issues with but I find it easier to play if I sing the notes LOL
so youd hear me sing DO sol do sol do sol do mi sol Fa re fa re fa re ti re sol XD LOLOL XD it helps me remember how long the notes or when it is supposed to be played.. or something LOL

BLESS YOU. I couldn't remember what this piece was, for the life of me, and it was driving me insane. I was pretty sure it was a string quartet, so I'd just been shuffling through every single Mozart string quartet (and then some of Beethoven's early quartets, though I was pretty damn sure it was Mozart) -- and then, just as I was about to give up, I plugged the solfege of the major theme in a google search and FOUND THIS. (reaction: OMG, OF COURSE, A SERENADE *faceplant*)

Ahaha. XD I just need to hear the first few notes/phrase to grasp the rhythm and then WHOOSH go sightreading. >: D I'm so bad at it otherwise. DX ("Wait... what the heck is the melody here???")
For fast ones? Using a metronome helps. *nod nod* You want to be able to play it REALLY SLOW REALLY WELL first, and then speed it up a few clicks. (I tend to go by 5.) If you can play the small section 3 times in a row, it should be fine to move up. :3 And then you put it all together! >: D That's one of the more difficult parts. XD I'm pretty good at not looking at my hands. >:3
I... just have a radio in my head... XD (Tunes get stuck easily. >.<) So I don't need to sing it out loud? XD But if it helps, you should definitely continue doing it. :3 (You can't really sing and play flute at the same time. XD)

I really should work on sightreading. >__> They played it at original tempo since they already had the music since 1st semester, but since I couldn't take it 1st and just joined band now, I had to sight read it. ;-;
