I would still focus a bit more on the eyes. To me her left eye seems a tad too big compared to the other one.
I also encourage you to try more contrast when painting. Just try it out! (:

Take it like my singing teacher says: it doesn't matter if the voice you get first is not all that pretty on a certain note. It's important you can first make some kind of sound. You can work it from there and make it better and better. You just have to have the courage to try. (:
