I've been wanting to try a new style with chibi charms and decided that since I was already doing a trade with I might as well go ahead and make her a little Mars to match her henshin pen necklace. Since she has two wonderful sisters and I decided to make them each their favorite scout too so they wouldn't feel left out. They are all really sweet and you should check out their art! Aww you are too sweet! I really did enjoy making these. They were a lot of fun and a challenge to put so much detail into. I started off with "not too much detail, make them cute" and it ended up being "detail to the maxxx!" But i'm very happy with the outcome.

Yes I can. Price depends on the amount of detail that it will have. There is a shipping price of $1.50 for all my work. If you can send me a link in a note I can tell you how much it will cost.

Alright, there is a lot of detail in her so she will be on the higher end. Because she will be small the detail will be a lot harder to implement.
Shipping out of country depends on what the US Postal Website calculates. I use the official website so it is fair and I get a correct reading.

It wouldn't bring it down to $10. If you want to keep in your $10 price range you would have to forgo the wings and the hat as well.
