Hi Kimmy! It's nice to see another Arashi fan in deviantART!
I usually make my lines manually, in paper and pencil (sometimes inks). I scan them and then I color them digitally at Photoshop. Hmm, but in this particular picture, I used Photoshop alone in drawing the lines and in coloring. I hope that answers your question. :3
