Chopper's mom is an architect who moved to Duckburg in 90th for work. Sometimes it might get pushing over, with little free time to spend with her family. Luckily, she found a way to rationalize her worktime. While her upper half is busy with project, the lower half does other things, such as conversating and carrying food for the top.
